Minimum enrolment is one month, 30-minutes weekly, for 4 weeks. There are no makeups or credits for missed classes. When you sign up for lessons, we are securing a weekly time slot just for you, with a committed instructor for the month. 4Sound Music will provide a substitute instructor if the regular instructor is unable to deliver a class whenever required. If 4Sound Music is unable to deliver a scheduled music lesson, we will offer a makeup day the following month for everyone to recover their missed class.
There are no refunds.

Late arrivals:
To respect your fellow students schedules, your lesson still ends at the scheduled time if you are late. There are no credits or makeup times for late arrivals either.

4SoundMusic School will use phone and email information provided to send invoices, receipts, statements, appointment reminders, event invitations, and relevant newsletters. 4SoundMusic will keep your customer information private and confidential.

Payments are due on or before your first class each month. We prefer pre-authorized credit card payments to avoid disruption of classes. We also offer a secure, self-serve payment option from our electronic invoices each month.
E-transfers, cash or certified cheque are also accepted.
